 My 2011 buck, I shot him at 263 yards ten minutes before the end of shoot time.
                     I was using Charles 308 with 150 grain reloads

                       


2010 brought us nothing but tag soup and a healthier knee.






 This was our 2009 Buck. My brother Mike on the left, my dad Butch in the middle then Charles on the right. We were heading home for Thanksgiving dinner and saw him with a doe about 50 yards off the road, Charles got him with the .243, 80 grain boat tail reload. We were up the St Joe.


In 2009 we went down to Portland for the Spring Salmon run - well we didn't catch the Chinook but we did catch a few Steelhead. Our cousin Brian owns and opperates Northwest Guides Services so he was our guide on the Sandy.

2008 brought us this Thanksgiving opprotunity. We were heading to Farragut Park for the winter archery hunt and did a drive through Kelso Lake for a rifle chance. We saw these two 250 yards away I got the one on the right with my .308 120 grain reloads and the one on the left stood there long enough for Charles with his .308 - needless to say the turkey did not make it in the oven on time.


The bear on the right was my second bear I set up my bait site and tree stand and decided to sit on it that night.... She came in an hour after I was done. I shot her at 30 yards with my 30-30 150 grain reloads. She took off so we came back the next morning with Sable to find her. The bear on the left was my third bear I stumbled across her up by Priest Lake, I shot her with a 45-70 300 grain factory bullet. She was almost twice the size of the brown one.




 
Here are two of our puppies out hunting in their homes. Sargent is owned by our middle brother Joseph and Sebastion is owned by Josephs friend Dan. Sargent is out of Sabrina and Syrus and Sebastion is out of Black and Syrus (full brother to Sandy) Sebastion is on the left in the pic on the left and he is the top one in the other picture.
